Delayed coking furnace burner is a new type of burner designed and developed by our group company. This kind of burner is suitable for delayed coking furnace, viscosity reduction heating furnace, asphalt heating furnace and other heating medium with high viscosity and small pressure drop , a horizontal tube heating furnace with relatively uniform heating. This type of burner has small capacity, short and powerful flame, fuel grading, and high flue gas recirculation intensity, which reduces the temperature of the high temperature zone of the flame and effectively suppresses the generation of thermodynamic NOx. This burner can be used for natural ventilation with a negative pressure of about 70Pa at the bottom of the furnace, and also for mechanical ventilation with about 250Pa in front of the burner.
